Please contact our Customer Services Team by sending an email to info@duettkidsfurniture.com if you are not completely happy with your purchase and let us know the following reason:

  • The wrong item has been delivered
If it's our fault and you have received the wrong item we will arrange collection free of charge and make the necessary arrangements for the correct item to be delivered.
 
  • The item is faulty

We will arrange for replacement parts or you can return the item for an exchange or full refund. If collection is required there will be no charge.

 

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before the goods are received:  

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order, please notify us in writing by sending an email to info@duettkidsfurniture.com to advise our sales team of your cancellation. A full refund will be issued up to 30 days from notification.

  • Once delivery has been made:  

Please notify us in writing by sending an email to info@duettkidsfurniture.com within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods. You will recieve a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping fees in both directions within 30 days of the goods being returned. Please ensure all the items are packed in the original packaging and you take care to return the items to us in the condition you received them.  Custom coloured DUETT Ladders cannot be cancelled or returned after having been delivered to you. Regrettably self assembled items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty.
